In March and April, 2011, we looked for ways to make Jesse Lee’s Narthex more functional and welcoming. We built two 8ft. tables that were in keeping with the space’s elegance, while offering functional space for a welcome center and beverage station.
We didn’t stop there. Our design team responded to the request to have a round table that count be used in the center of the room, but also folded up and put to the side when not in use. We built the beautiful gate leg table you see pictured below.
We also recognized that the standard issue “trash can” just wouldn’t do and built two “Authentic Colonial Refuse Containers” that incorporated the Narthex’s wainscoting.
